论高等教育中的城乡公平问题

Fairness Problem of Higher Education Between Urban and Rural Areas in China

从较深层次分析了高等教育城乡不公平的问题,并且对教育公平观念的发展给出了一个较为合理的解释。在认真分析了我国高等教育城乡不公平问题的影响因素的同时,指出了保障教育公平是现代政府最重要的基础性职能,政府是推进教育公平的主导力量,并且提出了政府在转型时期解决教育公平的政策和措施。

During the development of our Higher Education, the fairness problem of higher education between urban and rural areas has become the primary problem we are facing at present. In this thesis, it gives a proper explanation on the development of education equity, and indicates that there are many issues influencing education equality, meanwhile, points out that our government is the major force of taking responsibility for smoothing education equity between urban and rural areas.
