大学英语文化教学的实践与探讨

Practice and Probe of College English Culture Teaching

语言是一种特定文化中重要的组成部分,语言与文化密不可分,语言对文化有着本质的、不可替代的影响。学习一门外语就意味着接触一种新的文化。文化教学是跨文化交际背景下外语教学的重要内容。本文通过对英语教学实践的总结,强调语言教学应与文化教学相结合,同时实现目的语文化和主体文化并重;提出在文化教学中应遵循的几条原则,并就英语教学中应注意的中西方文化差异问题进行了分析和探讨。

Language is the part of a certain culture. It has a close relationship with culture. Learning a foreign language means to study a new kind of culture. Culture teaching plays an important role in language teaching. This paper lays emphasis on English culture as important as the native culture through analysis of teaching practice. And doing some probes and analysis are concerned with the differences between Chinese cultures and foreign cultures.
