摘要
本文指出按经典光伏理论给出的光电池等效电路存在的问题,给出改进的光电池的等效电路。在此基础上推出光电池的频率特性,为合理地设计光电检测系统提供了理论根据。
The problems of the classic equivalent circuit of a photoelectric cell based on photovoltaic effect are analyzed, and a modified equivalent circuit is presented. The frequency response of the circuit is calculated based on the new equivalent circuit, which is a theoretical base for the reasonable design of photoelectric test systems.
