增长管理在我国城市规划中的应用研究

Study on Application of Growth Management in Chinese Urban Planning

本文在前人工作的基础上将增长管理应用研究继续推进,指出增长管理工具是在保持发展与保护平衡的思想指导下,空间管制分区与法规、激励政策等保障措施的密切结合;分析增长管理在我国规划中的应用环境,在此基础上,从指导理念、空间管制和实施措施三个层次构建了增长管理的应用框架,并展望今后的应用研究重点与趋势。

The paper fixes on the application study of Growth Management in Chinese urban planning. It points out the Growth Management＇ s core is to confirm the space control demarcation and put it in practice by a series of policies and laws. After analyzing the application background of Growth Management in Chinese urban planning, it designs the systemic application frame of Growth Management in planning which includes three parts： principle, space control planning and implementation mechanism. At last, it looks to the future keystones and trend of application research.
