糖萜素对雏鸡生产性能的影响

The Effect of Saccharicterpenin on Production Performance of Chickling

本试验研究了在蛋用鸡公雏的日粮中添加300mg/kg、500mg/kg、700mg/kg的糖萜素,对其日增重、日耗料、饲料增重比、成活率的影响。应用1日龄海兰褐蛋用公鸡雏480只,随机分成4组,其中设一个对照组,三个实验组。在供试期间对照组的日粮中不添加糖萜素;实验组鸡的日粮中分别添加300mg/kg、500mg/kg、700mg/kg的糖萜素。研究结果表明,糖萜素使雏鸡的生产性能明显提高。日增重、成活率比对照组高(P<0.01);日耗料、饲料增重比比对照组低(P<0.01)。

An experiment was conducted to study the effect of Saccharicterpenin on performance of chickling. According to experimental design, three doses of 300mg/kg, 500mg/kg and 700mg/kg Saccharicterpenin were added into experimental diets. 480 Hyline Brown chickling were divided into four groups at random. One of groups of chickling as control group took no Saccharicterpenin diet, and the rest groups of chickling took diets contains 300mg/kg, 500mg/kg and 700mg/kg Saccharicterpenin respectively. The results showed that Saccharicterpenin could improve the growth, comparing with control g~,oup, the chickling has a higher daily gain and survival rate （P 〈 0.01 ）, and lower daily feed intake, feed/gain （ P 〈 0.01）.
