摘要
选取煤灰的主要成分SiO2、Al2O3、CaO、Fe2O3、Na2O模拟神华煤灰,利用国标和灰熔点测定仪测定弱还原气氛下各种配比的熔融特征温度,表征模拟煤灰的熔融性;分析各个化合物对灰熔点的影响,从而改变煤熔点,满足不同的生产需求。
The Shenhua coal ash was simulated by selecting the coal ash's, main componeuts SiO2, Al2O3, CaO, Fe2O3 and Na2O and the melting temperature under different quota ratio and weak reviving situation was measured too in this paper by using a National Standard and an instrument for coal melting point measurement. The affection on different compounds to ash melting point was analyzed to meet different production requirement through changing the coal melting point.
