7种中药对乳源产β-内酰胺酶葡萄球菌的抑菌作用

Bacteriostasis of seven Chinese herb preparations to β-Lactamase Staphylococcus aureus isolated from fresh milk

用煎煮法制备石榴皮等7种中药原液对分自乳源的产β-内酰胺酶葡萄球菌,采用平板稀释培养法进行了抑菌效果的测定,结果表明:6种中药对产β-内酰胺酶葡萄球菌均有不同程度的抑菌作用,其中石榴皮、大黄抑菌效果最好,最小抑菌浓度为3.90 mg/mL;其次是黄芩、黄连,最小抑菌浓度分别为15.62 mg/mL、31.25 mg/mL;连翘、茵陈的抑菌作用较弱,最小抑菌浓度均为250.00 mg/mL;杜仲对产β-内酶胺酶葡萄球菌没有抑菌作用。

Preparations made from boiled seven Chinese herbs - pomegranate derm, rhubarb, baikal skullcap, goldthread, weeping forsythia, capillary wormwood and eucommia, were used to determine their bacteriostasis to β- lactamase Staphylococcus aureus. The bacteria were cultured by using fiat - plate diluted method. The results indicated that 6 preparations had inhibitory effects on Staphylococcus aureus except eucommia preparation. The best ones were pomegranate derm and rhubarb and then baikal skullcap and gold- thread. The minimum inhibitory concentrations were 3.90 mg/L, 3.90 mg/L, 15.62 mg/L and 31.25 mg/ L, respectively. Weeping forsythia and capillary wormwood had weak effeets and both minimum concentration was 250.00 mg/L. Eucommia had no inhibitory effects Staphylococcus aureus.
