摘要
考虑了控制系统间的耦合关系,根据基本物理定律,建立了一种汽包锅炉简化模型,并对模型进行了分析。在建模过程中,提出了系统压力变动焓的概念,对影响系统压力变动焓的因素进行了分析。利用该参数把锅炉给水和减温水的影响引入汽包锅炉简化模型,体现了控制系统间的耦合影响。同时,提出了一种新的水位控制系统和主汽温控制系统前馈信号,可更好地削弱耦合回路的影响,进一步改善控制效果。文中为研究复杂的电站机组系统提供了一种新思路和新方法。
Considering the coupling relationship of the control systems, and using the basic physical theory, a simplified model for drum boiler was set up and analyzed. In the modeling process, a new state parameter named by pressure-variation enthalpy was proposed. Then the effecting factors of the state parameter were studied. Due to using the parameter, the simplified model can reflect the influence of the feed water and spray water. After that, a new type feedforward signal in water level control system and main steam temperature control system was constructed, which can effectively weaken the influence of other coupling control systems and further improve the control effects. This paper provided a new idea and method to study the complex power plant units.
