湿润烧伤膏结合50％葡萄糖液加胰岛素治疗会阴切口感染的疗效观察

The efficacy of MEBO in treating for patients with perineal incision infection

目的探讨湿润烧伤膏（MEBO）对会阴部术后切口感染的治疗效果。方法将产科住院经阴道分娩行会阴侧切口肿胀、疼痛、感染的产妇160例随机分为观察组和对照组各80例，对照组常规4d内给预防性应用抗生素，并以生理盐水及0．25％碘伏进行清理擦洗外阴，观察组在此基础上，以50％葡萄糖液加胰岛素1U局部涂擦后用MEBO，以蝶形胶布将裂开之皮缘对合固定。比较2组患者切口肿胀情况。结果观察组患者切口全部甲级愈合，对照组有2例乙级愈合，1例因拆线过早部分组织未完全愈合。观察组在创面愈合、疼痛和肿胀程度减轻等方面均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论MEBO与高渗葡萄糖加胰岛素治疗会阴切口感染、脂肪液化创面可促进愈合，提高了患者的生活质量。

Objective In order to observe the efficacy of MEBO in treating for patients with perineal infection. Methods Divided 160 patients with perineum incision into the observation group （80 cases） and control group（80 cases） randomly, MEBO was used in the observation group, while the routine nursing cares was used in control group, compared the efficacy between the two groupos. Results Wounds in the observation group were all healed, which were significant bettere than that of in control group. Conclusion MEBO in association with hypertonic glucose and insulin is very effective in treating perineal incision infection and fatty liquefied wounds.
