摘要
目的观察健康教育在产时保健中的作用。方法收集在产前检查并自愿住院分娩的正常初产妇1200例,随机分为实验组和对照组各600例。对实验组产妇于孕28周后进行健康教育,临产后由1位助产士全程负责并接生。对照组孕28周后按产检要求进行检查,未实施健康教育,临产后按传统轮班制助产模式护理。比较2组患者分娩时的心理状况、分娩方式产程、产后2h出血量及产妇满意程度等情况。结果实验组产妇在分娩时的心理状况、分娩方式、产程、产后2h出血量、产妇满意度等方面均优于对照组,P〈0.01。结论健康教育可促进自然分娩,提高产时保健质量。
Objective In order to observe the effects of health education in the stages of labor. Methods Divided 1200 pregnants into the experimental group(600 cases) and control group(600 cases) randomly, related health education and positive midwifery nursing were used in the experimental group, while the routine nursing cares was used in the control group. Compared the condition of delivery between tht two groups. Results M1 the indexes were better in the experimental group than those of in the control group, P 〈 0.01. Conclusion Health education can promote nature give birth to baby, exaltation produce hour health care quality.
