主动脉内球囊反搏术治疗急性冠状动脉综合征并发症的预防及护理

Prevention and nursing for patients with complications of acute coronary artery-symptom syndrome when treated by intra-aortic balloon pumping

目的探讨主动脉内球囊反搏术治疗急性冠状动脉综合征时并发症发生的原因和护理预防措施，降低术后并发症的发生。方法回顾1999年10月-2006年11月行主动脉球囊反搏术治疗急性冠状动脉综合征的患者资料共41例，研究并发症出现的原因、护理方法，总结相应的护理预防措施。结果出现并发症36例，其中出血15例，血小板减少14例，肢体缺血3例，肾功能衰竭2例，脑栓塞1例，感染1例，经及时对症处理后均予以纠正。结论仔细分析并发症发生的原因，积极做好预防性护理及针对性的处理可以降低并发症发生。

Objective In order to know the reasons of complication for patients with acute coronary artery-symptom syndrome when cured by intra-aortic balloon pumping, and then carry out certain effective preventive and nursing measures. Methods Retrospective summarized the reasons of complications and preventive nursing cares among 41 patients with acute coronary artery-symptom syndrome when cured by intra-aortic balloon pumping. Results There were 36 cases had complications after the intra-aortie balloon pumping, among them, there were 15 cases of hemorrhage, 14 cases of thrombocytopenia, 2 cases of renal failure, 3 cases of extremity ischemia, one case of infection and one case of cerebral embolism. All of them were corrected in time. Conclusion Careful analyze the reasons of postoperative complications, and then carry out purposive nursing cares can effective avoid part of complications for patients with acute coronary artery-symptom syndrome when cured by intra-aortic balloon pumping.
