摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了TbxBiY2-xFe5O12(X=0,0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8)纳米晶粉体系列样品。利用差热分析法(DTA)、热重分析法(TGA)、X射线衍射分析(XRO)、振动样品磁强计(VSM)等分析手段对纳米粉体材料进行了分析,着重讨论了石榴石铁氧体的晶化过程以及Tb离子的掺入量对铁氧体粒径、形貌及磁性能规律的影响。分析结果表明,纳米晶粉样品退火后的粒度为40~60nm,粒度随退火温度升高而增大;Tb的掺入没有改变BiY2Fe5O12的石榴石结构;TbxBiY2-xFe5O12铁氧体的饱和磁化强度随着Tb^3+离子掺入量的增加而降低。
The samples of Tbx BiY2-x Fe5 O12 ( x =0,0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8) nanocrystal powder were synthesized by sol-gel method, and were eharaeterized by the techniques of differential thermal analysis (DTA), thermogravimetrie analysis (TGA), Xray diffraction (XRD) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The erystalization process was discussed and the effects of the doping amount of Tb ions on the diameter, shape and magnetism of the samples were thoroughly analyzed. The results showed that the sizes of the annealed powder samples were from 40 to 60 mn and went up with increase of the the annealing temperature and the garnet structure of BiY2Fe5O12 was not influenced by doping Tb ions.
