产科医护人员对新生儿疼痛认知情况的调查研究

Research on staff of obstetrics for newborn＇s ached cognition ability

目的 了解产科医护人员对新生儿疼痛认知情况，提出有利的建议和措施。方法 采用自行设计的调查表以访谈和问卷相结合的方法进行调查分析。结果 调查显示目前产科医护人员普遍对新生儿疼痛认识不足，占73．3％，且认识上存在偏差、对新生儿疼痛的处理不足，缺乏相关知识的培训。结论 建议加强产科医护人员对新生儿疼痛相关知识的培训，使产科的医护人员充分认识到降低新生儿疼痛的重要意义并在实际工作中摸索减轻新生儿疼痛的方法。

Objective To research the staff of the obstetrics for newborn＇s ached cognition ability and to introduce a rational proposition and measure. Methods Adopted interview and questionnaire designed by ourselves to research staff of obstetrics. Results The medical personnel of the obstetrics are little understand the newborn＇s ached cognition ability, lacking the training of related knowledge et al. Conclusion To strengthen the publicity education, increase the learning of related knowledge, hold the special subject lecture, can make the medical personnel of the obstetrics know the important meaning of decreasing the ache of newborn, and learn how to decrease the newborn＇s ache.
