摘要
本试验研究应用自己设计的传感器和微机数据采集处理系统,传感器沿瞬时接触线方向设置采用精度很高的线切割工艺切槽。设计了一套模拟电路,在GZ150型封闭功率流高速齿轮实验台上,对斜齿圆柱齿轮多种工况条件下的齿面润滑状态进行了动态跟踪监测,并与理论计算进行了对比,结果表明:该方法是切实可行的。
By applying the self-designed sensor and computer data-collection and processing system this experiment adopted grove cuttings by mean of high precision line-cutting technique and set up sensors along the direction of instantaneous contact line.A set of imitation circuit is designed to carry out the dynamic tracing on the GZ150 close power flow typed high speed gear testing platform for the supervision of lubrication status of tooth surface of cylindric helical gear under various working conditions.A contrast has been made between the test and theoretic calculation and the result shows that this method is practically feasible.
