摘要
非离子表面活性剂囊泡是和脂质体相似的新型给药系统,由非离子表面活性剂和胆固醇在水中自组装形成。它具备脂质体的优点,同时克服了脂质体不稳定易氧化变质的缺点,具有更高的稳定性,价格低廉。囊泡在药物输送领域得到广泛研究,国内外研究者已经把囊泡系统应用于多种给药途径。
Non-ionic surfactant vesicle (niosome) ,like lipsome, as a new drug delivery system, is serf-assembled by non-ionic surfactant and cholesterol in aqueous solution. It has the advantages of liposome and avoids the disadvantages of the liposome. The low cost and high stability of niosome have led to worldwide researches on drug delivery system and exploitation of diverse routes of administration. In this review, the preparation, evaluation and related properties of niosome are mainly summarized.
