摘要
本文在微机上建立并求解了渐开线宽斜齿轮单自由度非线性力学模型和动力学方程,编制了计算轮齿动载荷和动载系数的计算机程序。并将静态传递误差引入齿轮振动微分方程的求解中。
This paper established and solved on microcomputers the single degree of freedom non linear model of mechanics and the kinetics equation for wide faced involute helical gears and worked out computer program for calculating the dynamic load of gears and coefficient of dynamic load.This paper drew the static transmission error into the solving of differential equation of gear vibration,thus from now on made a basis for furher carrying out the design of dynamic optimization of wide faced helical gears.
