曲美他嗪对80岁以上老年冠心病伴房颤患者心力衰竭的影响

Effects of trimetazidine on heart failure in the patients aged 80 and over with coronary heart disease and atrial fibrillation

目的评价曲美他嗪对≥80岁老年人冠心病伴心房颤动患者心力衰竭的影响。方法40例入选患者随机分为曲美他嗪组及对照组,曲美他嗪组在常规治疗基础上加服曲美他嗪60mg/d,对照组继续原常规治疗,评估治疗3月后左心功能。结果治疗3月后,曲美他嗪组左心室射血分数(LVEF)由(35.74±5.17)%上升至(40.1±5.24)%,对照组由(35.83±3.69)%上升至(37.59±3.83)%,2组的LVEF差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论曲美他嗪可改善≥80岁老年冠心病伴房颤患者心力衰竭的心功能。

Objective To evaluate the effects of trimetazidine （TMZ） on heart failure in the patients aged 80 and over with coronary heart disease and atrial fibrillation. Methods Forty selected patients were randomly divided into TMZ group and control group. TMZ group received trimetazidine （60 mg/d） and routine medications for 3 months, while control group only received routine medications during the same period. The left ventricular function was determined after 3 months＇ treatment. Results After three months＇ treatment, the left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF） was increased from （35.74±5.17）% to（40.1±5.24）% in TMZ group,while from（35.83±3.69）% to（37.59 ±3.83）% in control group. There was significant difference between TMZ group and control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusions TMZ can improve the heart function in the very old patients with coronary heart disease and atrial fibrillation.
