老年高血压合并糖尿病患者血尿酸水平的临床观察

Clinical observation of the serum uric acid level in the elderly with hypertension complicated with diabetes

目的探讨老年高血压、糖尿病及高血压合并糖尿病患者的血尿酸(UA)水平。方法随机选择老年男性高血压36例、糖尿病33例、高血压合并糖尿病患者41例,对照组27例,比较4组血UA水平。结果3个试验组与对照组比较,血UA水平均明显升高,高血压合并糖尿病组差异显著(P<0.01);高血压合并糖尿病组与高血压组、糖尿病组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01);高血压组与糖尿病组间无显著性差异。结论血UA水平与高血压、糖尿病密切相关。监测血UA水平有利于及时对原发病进行有效干预并改善其预后。

Objective To evaluate the serum uric acid（UA） level in hypertension, diabetes or hypertension complicated with diabetes in the elderly. Methods Thirty-six elderly patients with hypertension （group A ）, 33 with diabetes （group B） ,41 with hypertension companied with diabetes （group C）and 27 of healthy controls were selected randomly and the levels of serum UA were compared in 4 groups. Results Compared to the control group, the levels of UA in group A ,group B and group C were significantly higher （P 〈0. 01 ）. There was significant difference in the level of UA between group C and group A, group B respectively. There was no significant difference in the level of UA between group A and group B. Conclusions Serum UA level is highly correlated with hypertension and diabetes. Evaluation of the UA level has advantage in treating the primary disorders and has better prognosis.
