A Political Analysis of Peasants' Disorderly Participation in Politics

"三农"问题历来都是党和国家各项工作的重中之重,但由于历史与现实因素的交错影响,某些地方农民的合法权益得不到有效保障。在维权过程中,部分地区的农民试探式地采取了一种超越现有国家法律框架的参与形式,即无序性政治参与形式。这种参与形式客观上产生了一些消极作用,引起了社会的广泛关注。

＂Three agricultural problems＂ have always been an important issue oi our Party＇s working programs, but the settlement of these problems still falls short of people＇s expectations due to the historical and social reasons. In some areas, in order to protect their own legal rights, peasants make attempts even beyond the legislative framework, which can be considered a kind of disorderly participation in politics. This kind of participation brings forth some negative aspects and draws wide attention. However, from a perspective of political analysis, some positive aspects of this kind of participation will be revealed.
