浅论我国公务员范围的界定

On the Limits Defined for Civil Servants of Our Country

世界各国对公务员范围的界定大致分为三种类型。《中华人民共和国公务员法》规定了我国公务员界定的三条标准,依据这些标准我国公务员的范围与法国类似。尽管目前学术界对我国公务员范围的扩大存在争论,但这种扩大与我国政治制度及国情是相符合的。

About three types of the limits defined for civil servants, prescribe three standards which define the limits of civil servants in our country. According to these standards, the limits of civil servants in China are similar to that of France. Although the expanding of the limits of civil servants in our country has aroused disputes in academe, it accords with the Chinese political regime and the situation of China.
