摘要
将听证制度所彰显的公平与透明法则运用于创建和谐高校的工作,是对高校学生管理制度的创新。在阐述听证制度内涵的基础上,寻求学生听证制度适用于高校管理工作的法理依据和基础,论证学生听证制度对构建和谐高校的必要性与可行性,并针对其运作模式进行了思考。
The impartial and transparent rules for the structuring harmonious colleges is the invocation in college students management system. On the basis of content of the hearing system , looking for the students hearing system to legal theory basis and foundation that can be applicable to the management of college students. To illustrate that it is necessary and feasible to build a harmonious college. Finally, to think the college students hearing system management mode of operation.
