大学生养成教育浅议

On the Formative Education of University Students

养成教育不仅是培养大学生良好的思维习惯、行为习惯的重要手段,也是促进大学生全面发展的重要途径。高校应从道德品质、良好行为习惯、创新思维等方面强化大学生的养成教育,并注意教育和管理、自我教育与自我管理相结合,积极引导大学生参与校园文化建设和社会实践活动。

The formative education is not only the important means to cultivate the university students＇ habit of thinking and be-havior but also an important channel to improve their all-round development. The university should take some measures to enforce university students＇ formative education in the respects of moral character, good manners and innovation thinking. At the same time, the university should pay attention to combining education with management, self-educaiion with self-management, shaping humanistic spirit and actively guiding university students to participate in campus cultural development and social practice.
