三阶段心理护理对初次螺旋CT增强扫描病人的价值

Three stage mental care for patients with first-time enhanced CT scan

目的探讨三阶段心理护理对初次CT增强扫描病人顺利完成检查上的价值。方法一般护理组和三阶段心理护理组各62例。分别观察两组在造影检查过程中不良反应出现的情况,并分别计数。结果三阶段心理护理组的不良反应发生率低于一般护理组。X2检验P<0.05,差异有显著性。结论运用三阶段心理护理能有效地降低CT增强扫描中出现的不良反应,具有良好的临床应用价值。

Objective To research the applied value of three-stage mental care to patients with first-time CT reinforced scan. Methods 124 cases were studied, in which common care group and mental care group owned 62 cases, respectively. During CT reinforced scan, the adverse effect were recorded and compared in the two groups. Results Compared with common care group, mental care group showed a lower occurrence of adverse effect during CT examination process. After a chisquare test,P〈0.05, an evident difference were found. Conclusion Three-stage mental care can reduce the occurrence of adverse effect during CT reinforced scan, and give good clinical applied value.
