摘要 本文主要通过热锻形变工艺制取各向异性PrFeBCu永磁材料,研究热锻工艺和后道热处理对铸造Pr-Fe-B-Cu合金磁性能和组织的影响。热锻PrFeBCu合金永磁性能可达到:(BH)_(max)=169.6kJ/m^3、_JHc-960 kA/m,它们与成分、形变和热处理工艺等因素有关。 The anisotropic rare - earth permanent magnets of PrFeBCu alloys were produced by means of the deformation technique of hot forging, and the effects of the processes of hot forging and subsequent - heat - treatment on the magnetic properties and their microstmctures. The magnetic prop-srties of hot forged magnet of PrFeBCu alloys be obtained; (BH)max = 169.6KJ/m3、JHc = 960KA/m, which are retated to the composition ,, the deformation degree and the process of heat treatment and etc.
