摘要
本文通过多种研究手段研究了GH941合金的冷作硬化倾向,研究结果表明该合金加工硬化程度高,硬化速率大,结合实际生产情况,合金一次冷加工变形量应控制在30％以下。
The cold hardening tendency of alloy GH941 is studied by several ways in this paper. The results illustrate that this alloy has high cold hardening extent, high hardening rate. According to the practical production, the cold deformation degree should be limited less than thirty percent.
