航天用GH600合金精细薄壁管的清洗工艺研究

Study on Cleaning Means of Fine Thin - Walled Tube of Gh600 Alloy for Astronautics

自行研制出MCS-2清洗液和相应清洗工艺。使用该清洗液及工艺较容易将GH600合金精细薄壁管成品表面(特别是内表面)存在的污垢清洗干净,明显提高了管材的表面质量。

The Mcs - 2 cleaning liquor and corresponding cleaning process have been developed. Using this cleaning liquor and process can clear the dirt on the surface (especially, inner surface) of finished product of GH600 alloy - fine thin - walled tube more easily, and considerably improve surface quality of the tubes.
