摘要
通过对脱氢乙酸合成的实验,研究了它的影响因素,确定了最佳工艺条件:催化剂选用NaHCO3+Na2CO(3摩尔比为1∶1),反应温度为200℃,反应时间为6h,产品收率43.1%,粗品经结晶、汽提提纯后,纯度可达99%以上,易于连续生产。
This paper has studied on dehydroacetic acid synthesized reaction,the effect of main reaction on destining product yield were investigated,it selects the more reaction condition and develops the techology:catalyst was NaHCO3+ Na2CO3(molar ratio of NaHCO3 to Na2C03 was 1:1 ),and reaction temperture was 200℃,and reaction time was 6 hours.
