摘要
用真空电弧熔炼合成SmMn2Si2金属间化合物,并对合成条件进行研究,用X-射线衍射,电子衍射和X-射线光电子能谱法对合成的化合物进行结构表征。结果表明:SmMn2Si2属ThCr2Si2型体心四方晶系结构,晶格常数a=3.985A,c=10.490A,化合物中钐和硅的特征轨道,(3d5/2,2p3/2)结合能较单质状态分别减少0.6eV和增加0.3eV。
The ternary intermetallic compound SmMn 2Si 2 was synthesized by arc remelting of proper amounts of the constitute elements under Ar atmosphere.The conditions for synthesis were studied.The compound was characterized by XRD,XPS and electron diffraction.The results showed that the compound crystallized in body centered tetragonal structure of ThCr 2Si 2 type with a=0.3990 nm and c=1.0509 nm.The characteristic bind energies of Sm and Si in the compound(3 d 5/2 ,2 p 3/2 )were decreased by 0.6 eV and -0.3eV,respectively.
