CAD/CAM全瓷冠在后牙种植体修复中的应用

摘要 目的:对采用CAD/CAM与传统方法制作后牙种植体冠的修复效果进行回顾性调查,评价不同制作方法的临床效果,以探讨更有利于种植体修复的全瓷修复技术。方法:选取采用CAD/CAM方法制作全瓷冠修复的种植体病例30例作为实验组,采用传统方法制作32例作为对照组,修复6个月后复查,填写修复体满意度调查表,依照改良的USPHS标准对修复体进行评价。结果:在费用方面,实验组患者的满意度为33%,对照组为78%;在就诊时间和次数上实验组患者的满意度为100%,对照组为63%;在外形方面实验组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);而在边缘适合性、表面质地及颜色匹配3方面2组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:CAD/CAM系统操作简便,制作修复体快捷且外形美观,与传统方法相比更有利于种植体的修复。 Objective: To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of the all ceramic crown in the posterior teeth's implant manufacturing with CAD/CAM and classic method. And to discuss which was the better all ce- ramic restoration's technique to the implant. Methods: Sixty-two restorations were involved in the study. The fabrication time was recorded and satisfactory form was filled by patient one week after treatment. The restoration quality was evaluated using modified USPHS standard after six months. Results: In the direc- tion of cost, the patients' satisfactory form to CAD/CAM was 33%, the control group was 78%. In the direction of visiting time and frequence, CAD/CAM was 100%, the control group was 63%. Two groups had statistical Variation in the direction of contour (P〈0.05), but not in the directions of cervical margin' s dense and fit nature, color matching and surface texture (P〉0.05). Conclusions: CAD/CAM system of- fers easy and quick manufactory of restorations, and better to the implant than classic method.
