试论技术引进与我国自主创新发展战略

Strategy Research on China's Technology Introduction and Technology Independent Innovation

改革开放以来,我国实行引进-消化-吸收的创新策略,总体技术水平不断提高,在许多领域已赶上国际先进水平,但由于自主创新不足,不能掌握核心技术,我国经济技术的持续发展将会遇到瓶颈。本文分析了我国技术创新中存在的问题,并就如何利用技术引进,选择何种技术创新路径,提出了具体建议。

Since the reform and open strategy has taken place, China carried out introduction - digest-absorb tactic. Chinese products have kept up with their foreign competitors who are industry leaders in their fields. However, duing to being incapable in technology independent innovation, Chinese companies fail to master core technology, which would hold us back in sustainable development,This paper analyzes issues in China＇ s technology innovation, and puts forward some suggestions on how to take the advantage of technology introduction as well as what technology introduction path to choose.
