摘要 运用杆纽法时压力机八杆内滑块机构进行了运动分析,在此基础上,提出了用拉深区速度波动量、拉深速度、拉深深度.拉深角为评价压力机八杆内滑块机构性能优劣的指标,采用一维步长搜索法对机构进行了优化设计,优化出多组拉延性能好于原机构的方案。 This paper adopted bar-group method to carry out kinematical analysis for inner sliding block eight-bar linkage mechanism. Based on this, performance indexes such as velocity fluctuation in drawing, drawing depth, drawing velocity and drawing angle were used to evaluate the performance of the press of inner sliding block eight-bar linkage mechanism. Step-search method is utilized for optimization, Several groups data are acquired, whose drawing performance are better than the original one. Pleasant result was acquired,
