由于污垢影响,制冷机组在运行过程中制冷量下降,功耗增加,定期清洗对提高机组经济性能具有重要意义。本文根据制冷机组运行曲线,以最大平均COP来确定其最佳清洗周期的方法,并将其应用于实际中。

Because of the influence of fouling, the refrigeration output declines and the running power increases when the refrigeration sets running, the sets must be cleaned between certain times and it is important to improve the sets＇ economy performance. This paper puts out the method to decide the optimization period of cleaning of refrigeration sets based on the largest average of COP, and it was applied in industry practice.
