摘要
本文应用Ls—Dyna3d非线性有限元软件对桑塔纳2000型轿车2VQS发动机气缸罩冲压成形过程进行了详尽的有限元模拟分析,通过与实测结果的比较,表明有限元预测结果是可靠的。
A detailed numerical simulation analysis of stamping process of cover of cylinder head in 2VQS engine was carried on by using nonlinear finite element system Ls -DynaSd in this paper. To verify analysis reliability, predicted results are in almost perfect agreement with the actual results.
