叙述了闭式模锻工艺的实质、特点、方式及模具型式,列举了典型的闭式模具结构图。阐述了用闭式模锻工艺代替开式模锻的优点。文末提出了模具设计的基本要求。
The article has described substance, characteristic, methods and die types of flasless die forging technology, and it has list the typical die construction figures of flasless die forging. It has elaborated the advantages replacing open -die forging with flashless die forging technology. In the end it has advanced the basic requirements of die design.
