摘要
目的:研究采集于江苏句容宝华山的野生直立百部Stemona sessilifolia(Miq.)Miq.的化学成分。方法:用75%乙醇回流提取,氯仿和正丁醇萃取,采用大孔树脂、反复硅胶柱色谱法和重结晶等方法分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从直立百部的根中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为:7-甲氧基-3-甲基-2,5-二羟基-9,10-二氢菲(7-methoxy-3-methyl-2,5-dihydroxy-9,10-dihydrophenanthrene,1)、stilbostemin D(2)、原百部碱(protosteronine,3)、原百部次碱(protostemotinine,4)、stemospironine(5)、左旋丁香树脂酚葡萄糖苷[(-)-syringaresinol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,6]、苯甲酸(7)、香草酸(8)、胡萝卜苷(9)和豆甾醇(10)。结论:化合物1为新化合物,化合物6首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物7-10为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Aim: To study the chemical constituents of the roots of wild Stemona sessilifolia (Miq.) Miq. collected in Baohua Mountain, Jurong City, Jiangsu Province. Methods: The roots of wild S. sessilifolia were extracted with 75% EtOH and partitioned by CHCl3 and n-BuOH . The compounds were separated and purified by column chromatography with silica gel and macroporous resin, and their structures were identified by spectroscopic analyses. Results: Ten compounds were isolated from the root of S. sessilifolia in this study, i. e., one new dihydrophenanthrene named 7-methoxy-3-methyl-2,5-dihydroxy- 9, 10-dihydrophenanthrene (1), and 9 of known compounds : stilbostemin D (2), protostemonine (3), protostemotinine (4), stemospironine (5), ( - )-syringaresinol-4- O-β-D-glucopyranoside (6), benzoic acid (7), vanillic acid (8), daucosterol (9), and stigmasterol (10). Conclusion: Compound 1 is a new compound, compound 6 is isolated from the genus for the first time, and compounds 7 - 10 are isolated from the species for the first time.
