极性化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物的热氧稳定性 被引量:1

摘要 用微商热重法分析了极性化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(PSBS)的热氧降解行为,研究了抗氧剂及其复合体系对PSBS热氧稳定性的影响。结果表明,PSBS的热氧降解行为与苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物类似,当温度为200~206℃时发生热氧化反应;当温度升至360℃以上时,分子主链发生剧烈降解反应。受阻酚类抗氧剂与2种亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂组成的复合抗氧剂能提高PSBS的热氧化反应活化能,从而提高其热氧稳定性。 The thermal oxidation degradation process of polarized styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer(PSBS) was analyzed by differential thermal gravimetric analysis, and the effect of antioxidants on PSBS thermal oxidation stability was studied. The results showed that the thermal oxidation degradation process of PSBS was similar to that of styrenebutadiene-styrene block copolymer. Thermal oxidation reaction occurred mer chain degradation at about 200 -206℃ , polyreaction occurred severely at above 360℃. The thermal oxidation reaction activa- tion energy of PSBS was increased by adding complex type antioxidant which was comprised of a kind of hindered phenol antioxidant and two kinds of phosphorous antioxidants; therefore, the thermal oxidation stability was improved.
