不同药物处理方法对绵羊超数排卵的影响

Effect of different medicaments treatment on superovulation in sheep

针对不同激素和方法对绵羊超数排卵效果的影响进行研究,结果表明,FSH法和PMSG法可移胚数分别为93(7.75)和21(1.75),差异显著;FSH减量法和恒量法的黄体数分别为148(12.33)和112(9.33),回收卵数分别为133(11.08)和63(5.25),可移胚数分别80(6.67)和63(5.25).FSH超数排卵效果优于PMSG,FSH减量法优于FSH恒量法.运用FSH减量法不但可增加黄体数量,还可增加可移胚的数量.

Effect of different medicaments treatment （FSH and PMSG） on superovulation in sheep was studied. The results showed that the number of embryos which can transfer was 93 （7.75） and 21 （ 1.75）, respectively. There was significant difference between them. The corpus luteum number 148（12.33） and 112（9.33）, recovery embryos number 133（11.08） and 63 （5.25）, transfer embryos number 80（6.67） and 63（5.25）. FSH decrease method not only can enhance the amohnt of corpus luteum（CL） but also can improve the amount of embryos which can transfer. Result of the experiment indicated that FSH is superior to PMSG,FSH decrease method is better than FSH constant method.
