摘要
随着我国各行业改革的进一步深化,高校作为事业单位的一部分,深化改革也势在必行。薪酬制度改革是高校内部管理体制改革的重要组成部分。目前,高校薪酬制度中存在效率与公平、对个体激励性不足、薪酬制度改革相对滞后的问题。解决这些问题,必须做到高校薪酬制度设计应以职位为基础;应体现高校教师的职业特点;建立科学的绩效审核体系,提高绩效薪酬在整体薪酬中所占的比重;引入延期分配制度;制定薪酬制度时充分考虑学科差异和学术工作的不同特性。并健全高校教师薪酬制度的保障机制。
With the deepening of reformation at all industries in China, the deep reformation in colleges and universities at post - secondary schools as a part of government is an inevitable trend. Reformation of salary policy is a major component of reformation of internal management system in colleges and universities. Beginning wiht implementing reformation of distribution policy in colleges and universities, this article analyzes the major problems in reformation. It also puts forward the elementary concept of reformation of salary policy simultaneously.
