古典文学研究领域存在着严重的边缘化焦虑、价值怀疑、学科困惑,其核心乃是现实关怀的缺失。现实关怀更多地指的是一种精神,一种能够站在现实的出发点上沟通历史与未来的精神,不能把所有精神的内涵都现实化。古其文学研究可以为社会文化提供"意义",是专家之学,要避免为了迎合大众文化而人为制造"意义"。

Practical concem is more about a spirit, which can connect the past and the future from the practical perspectives. But not all of the connotation of spirits can be actualized. Classical literature research can provide the society culture with ＂meanings＂. However, it is so academic that any making up artificial ＂meanings＂ to cater for popular culture should be avoided.
