摘要
目的:探讨多层螺旋CT血管造影(MSCTA)对主动脉假性动脉瘤的诊断价值。方法:对12例主动脉假性动脉瘤患者进行MSCT检查,将图像传至工作站进行后处理,运用不同的重建方法对血管进行显示,包括多平面重建(MPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)和容积显示(VR)技术。结果:12例主动脉假性动脉瘤MSCTA诊断均被手术或血管介入治疗证实。轴位图像与多种重建图像相结合能清晰地显示假性动脉瘤的解剖细节及其与周围器官的空间解剖关系。结论:MSCTA是一项简便、无创而有效的影像检查技术,对主动脉假性动脉瘤的临床诊断和治疗有重要价值。
Objective:To evaluate the value of multi - slice spiral CT angiography(MSCTA) in diagnosis of pseudoaneurysm of aorta (PAA). Methods. MSCTA was performed in 12 patients with PAA. The image data of all patients were reconstructed with 3D technique including multiple planar reformation (MPR), maximal intensity projection (MIP) and volume rendering (VR). Results: In term of detection, the diagnostic accuracy of MSCTA was 100%. The anatomical characters and the relationship between PAA and neighboring organs could be visualized clearly and directly on the reconstructed images combined with the original images. Conclusion: MSCTA is a useful noninvasive technique that can show the specific signs of PAA and is of important value for the diagnosis and therapy of PAA.
