西方国际政治理论中的“无政府状态”假设 被引量：4

摘要 几乎所有西方国际政治理论都是在"无政府状态"这一假设的基础上展开的。新现实主义认为无政府状态导致的"安全困境"决定了国际政治的冲突本质:新自由制度主义者发现国际制度的安排可以克服无政府的困境;而建构主义者则从认同的角度赋予了无政府状态新的内涵。西方国际政治理论对无政府状态内涵的不同解读,不仅反映了理论的不断进步而且标志着国际政治的实践已经发展到了一个新的阶段。
