摘要
为了了解火工分离装置结构动态响应特性,借助于非线性有限元程序ANSYS/LS-DYNA中的ALE算法,对宇航线式火工分离装置在条形凝聚态炸药接触爆炸载荷作用下的非线性动态响应过程进行了数值模拟,描述了爆轰物质的流动以及金属圆柱壳的破口形状、塑性区域随时间增加的变化情况,得出了冲击加速度与爆炸中心距离为近似线性关系。结果表明ALE算法能很好地模拟宇航线式火工分离装置爆炸分离时流体与固体相互耦合的问题,并预测材料在爆轰波冲击下的非线性动态响应。
In order to find out dynamic response characteristics of pyrotechnical actuated separation device, the ALE algorithm has been applied to simulate the nonlinear dynamic response behavior of aerospace string pyrotechnical actuated separation device under a contiguous explosion and compressed explosive, based on the nonlinear finite element code, ANSYS/LS-DYNA in this paper. The flowing of detonation forming substance, the shape of crevasse and plastic zone versus time has been described, and the approximate linear relation that acceleration versus distance of detonation center has been found. The results proved that the ALE algorithm solved the problem of coupling between liquid and solid during exploding of aerospace string pyrotechnical actuated separation device, and could help forecast the nonlinear dynamic response of material subjected to impulsive loading of a detonation wave.
