摘要
为了评价模压可燃药筒贮存寿命,采用加速老化试验方法研究了绕丝可燃药筒和模压可燃药筒的热安定性、化学稳定性;并结合绕丝可燃药筒长期贮存的化学稳定性、力学性能、靶试性能等性能变化数据进行对比分析。利用相似产品预测法,预测模压可燃药筒的长期贮存寿命,结果表明模压可燃药筒贮存寿命可以满足规定的贮存年限。
In order to evaluate storage life of moulded combustible cartridge case,the thermal stability and chemical stability for wire-wound combustible cartridge case and moulded combustible cartridge case were studied by accelerated aging method. Comparing with the chemical stability, mechanical property and target test of the long-time storaged wire-wound combustible cartridge case, the long-time storage life of moulded combustible cartridge case was predicted by similar product prediction method, and concluded that its storage life can satisfy the demanding.
