摘要
针对秦皇岛市的优势条件和工业发展现状，提出依托港口，合理调整工业结构，建设“外向型、高科技、大规模的现代化工业港口城市”
Based on analysing the industrial current situation of Qin Huangdao city,the author advanced that depending on the port,propriately regulating the industrial structure and making clear the superior industries are strategic choice for Qin Huangdao city′s future development.
