摘要
对呼和浩特地区的部分原料乳进行调查,共采集到34个乳样,对其中金黄色葡萄球菌进行分离鉴定和药敏试验结果表明,原料乳中的主要致病菌为金黄色葡萄球菌,它们对红霉素、青霉素、链霉素、阿米卡星和氨苄西林有耐药性对头孢唑林高度敏感,对头孢噻肟钠中度敏感,对氧氟沙星、环丙沙星耐药性较弱。
Some of investigation raw milk in Hohhot, total collected 34 milk samples staphylococcus aureus isolation and identification, and its sensitivity test. The results showed that： raw milk is the main pathogens of staphylococcus aureus. They effects erythromycin, penicillin, streptomycin, amikacin, ampicillin patience, cefazolin highly sensitive, cefotaxime sodium moderately sensitive, ofloxacin, ciprofloxacin patience weaker.
