摘要
对呼和浩特地区的部分原料乳进行调查,共采集到34个乳样,对其中金黄色葡萄球菌进行分离鉴定和药敏试验结果表明,原料乳中的主要致病菌为金黄色葡萄球菌,它们对红霉素、青霉素、链霉素、阿米卡星和氨苄西林有耐药性对头孢唑林高度敏感,对头孢噻肟钠中度敏感,对氧氟沙星、环丙沙星耐药性较弱。
Some of investigation raw milk in Hohhot, total collected 34 milk samples staphylococcus aureus isolation and identification, and its sensitivity test. The results showed that: raw milk is the main pathogens of staphylococcus aureus. They effects erythromycin, penicillin, streptomycin, amikacin, ampicillin patience, cefazolin highly sensitive, cefotaxime sodium moderately sensitive, ofloxacin, ciprofloxacin patience weaker.
