套管法小鼠颈部异位心脏移植模型的建立 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨提高套管法建立小鼠颈部异位心脏移植模型成功率的经验。方法采用套管法连接供心血管与受体颈部血管进行模型的建立,观察手术成功率、手术时间及移植心脏存活时间。结果手术成功率92.5%,手术时间(105.6±8.9)min,移植心脏3 d存活率87.5%7、d存活率72.5%3、0 d存活率5%。结论血管外翻的套管法可以提高小鼠颈部异位心脏移植模型的成功率,值得大力推广。 Objective To explore the techniques for cervical heterotopic heart transplantation in mice with cuff technique. Methods The cuff-technique was used to connect the blood vessels of the recipient's cervix and the donor's heart in 40 mice. The suruival rate and operation time were observed. Results The survival rate of the recipient was 92.5%, the operation time was 105.6±8. 9 min,the survival rate for 3 days was 87. 5%, for 7 days was 72.5 % and for 30 days was 5 %. Conclusion The cuff-technique can improue the successul rate of heart transplantation in mice.
