摘要 行星变速箱的工作过程是一个由多参数变化决定的动态过程,研究这一过程,对改善车辆平稳性、使用寿命有很大帮助.利用多自由度变速箱的数码表示方法,结合拉格朗日能量方程,建立了行星变速箱各种档位都适用的通用数学模型,将该模型用于计算机中计算不同档位的运动学和动力学问题,带来很多便利.在此基础上,用数值积分方法对模型进行数值求解计算,对换档过程进行数值模拟,最后对典型结构的行星变速箱进行了实例验证. The planetary gearbox is widely used in automatic transmission. The clutch/brake is a shift actuator of the transmission. The shift quality control is always an important problem in automatic trans- mission. The shift quality is commonly understood as smoothness of a vehicle during gearshifting. The dynamic research and analysis of shift is very an important work to investigate the movement of each part in transmission and the transient characteristic of the vehicle during gearshifting. Based on the theoretical analyses, the coding principle of planetary gearbox be introduced , the dynamic mathematical models of the system were developed, and an integrated simulation model was developed. The dynamic performance of the power shift clutch during engagement and disengagement was studied by using this assembly model. An example be given.
