摘要
本文探讨了呋喃苯胺酸在玻碳电极上的阳极伏安行为及分析测定.在PH=10的NH3-NH4Cl缓冲溶液中,于十0.76V(vs.Ag/AgCl)左右产生一灵敏的阳极氧化峰.检测下限为3.O×10-8mol/L.并对针剂中呋喃苯胺酸含量进行了测定,结果令人满意.
In a supporting electrolyte of NH3-NH4Cl at PH 10.0, a sensitive oxidation peak was found by cyclic voltammetry. The peak potential is+0.76V(vs. Ag/AgCl).The detection limit is 3.0×10-8mol/L. The method was applied to the determination offurosemide in injection with satisfactory results. The electrochemical behaviour of furosemide at glassy carbon electrode was also explored.
