浅谈水电工程建设的甲供材料管理

Discuss the Management of Party A Supplying the Materials for Hydropower Station Building

"甲供材料"管理是业主和施工单位之间材料供应和核算的一种管理方法。介绍了当前水电工程建设中"甲供材料"管理普遍存在的一些问题,如合同串号,预算量与领用量不符,偷工减料,材料核算不准确等。强调应采取诸如加强材料核算、定期清查盘点、建立材料消耗台帐、实行资源消耗的事中控制、规范基本建设程序等措施加以控制,以确保材料的质量,降低工程造价。

The management of material supplied by Party A is a management method of material supply and accounting between the Owner and the Construction Unit. This paper introduces some problems that generally exists in the management of material supplied by Party A in the construction of hydropower project at present, such as the contract mistake number, budget amount not agreeing with actual use amount, cheating in work and cutting down on material, material accounting inaccurately, and so on. Measures should be taken to solve these problems. We stress to strengthen the material accounting, check at the regular intervals, establishing material consumption book, adopting the control of resources consumption at midway and standardizing capital construction procedure, so as to ensure the quality of materials and reduce the project cost.
