液压驱动螺杆泵采油系统优化设计方法

摘要 根据液压驱动螺杆泵采油系统的结构和工作特性,参考传统的机械采油设计方法,确定了系统的优化设计计算步骤和约束条件。考虑动力液是影响系统设计的重要因素,采用Beggs-Bri11相关式,给出系统液流压力的确定方法。以系统效率为优化设计目标,通过实例计算,得到某液压驱动螺杆泵采油系统产量与泵效和系统效率的关系曲线,分析表明,当系统日产量为28m3时,系统有较高的效率,可以达到稳产高效的目的。 In accordance with the structure and working feature of the oil production system with hydraulically-driven progressive cavity pump and taking the traditional design method of mechanical oil production as reference,the calculation procedure and restriction condition of the system optimization design are determined.Considering that the power fluid is the important factor affecting the system design,the determination method of the system fluid flow pressure is given by means of the Beggs-Brill correlative equation.Taking the system efficiency as the goal of optimum design,the correlative curve of output,pump efficiency and system efficiency of a given hydraulically-driven progressive cavity pump system is obtained according to the case calculation.The analysis shows that the system has higher efficiency and the goal of stable production and high efficiency can be achieved when the daily production rate of the system is 28 m3.
